Job Summary
The Benefits intern performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of Vensure’s client benefits function.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the benefit plans as per client requests.
• Accurately record completed tasks in the designated tracker.
• Provide support in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
• Ensure consistent delivery timelines.
• Offer timely updates on the case statuses.
Eligibility Criteria
• Undergraduates/Graduates from any discipline.
• Freshers with a passion for growth and learning.
• Decent communication skills in the English language.
Preferred Skills
• Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn
Internship Duration
• 4 to 12 months (July 2024 to July 2025).
Training
• Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training for 1-2 weeks on the specific functions essential for this role
