Job Title: Sr. Information Security Lead

Total Experience: 10+Years

Location: Pune (WFO)

Notice Period: Immediate-30 Days

CTC: As per company


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive information security strategies and plans.
  • Manage the planning, design, implementation, and support of security capabilities. Develop and enforce policies for regulatory compliance and industry best practices. Maintain robust security controls to prevent security breaches and incidents.
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of security controls and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Engage with auditors to acquire and retain certifications and support audit processes.
  • Lead internal reviews and assessments of security solutions and practices.
  • Conduct 3rd party software assessments for security compliance.
  • Drive security education and awareness through an internal phishing program across the organization.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish security policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • On-time submission of Information and Cyber Security reports.
  • Evaluate and respond to cybersecurity threats and IT trends.
  • Define and implement strategies for service management and continuous improvement. Set performance goals and provide feedback, coaching, and development to the team. Oversee security evaluations and designs for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and cloud services. (Azure, Amazon, Google.)


Qualifications:

  • B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • 12+ years of related experience, including 3 years in management.
  • Thorough understanding of security management and governance principles.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in information security, vulnerability management, and threat hunting.
  • Expertise in information security, compliance, and IT service management standards.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.


Preferred certifications:

CISSP or CISM Certifications in network technology, Palo Alto and Zscaler, Checkpoint /Cisco Experience on CrowdStrike, Extra hop or any other NDR tools, Email Security gateway, WAF tools like Cloudflare, Data Dome, SASE tools.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • First and experience in DLP, Data protection tools.
  • Experience in Identity and Access management tools, PAM, and PIM tools.
  • Proficiency in risk, business impact, security controls, vulnerability assessments, and defining remediation strategies
  • Exceptional understanding of cybersecurity principles, business models, and regional compliance regulations. (preferably ITGC, HIPPA, High Trust framework).
  • Proven experience in crisis management, response frameworks, and communications. Project management experience in large organization.
  • Operations management experience for SOC. •• People skills and team management, training program management.
  • Experience in third party risk management.
