Key Responsibilities

As the R&D Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving Novasensa's mission to revolutionize lithium battery recycling. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research in hydrometallurgy, optimize existing processes. Identify and implement strategies to enhance existing process efficiency.
  • Scaling Operations: Transition our lab-scale technology to pilot and commercial-scale operations, ensuring seamless scalability and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of skilled and semi-skilled personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Collect, analyze, and leverage data to identify process improvements, optimize resource utilization, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively communicate research findings and collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate technical insights into actionable strategies.
