Job Summary:

As a Study Abroad Counselor at iQuanta, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their study abroad journey. This includes advising them on course selection, university applications, scholarships, visa processes, and other related services. You will work closely with students to ensure they make informed decisions, providing them with the necessary resources and support to achieve their academic goals abroad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, university selection, course options, scholarship opportunities, and visa processes.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and interview preparation for various countries.
  • Stay updated on trends in the study abroad sector, university rankings, new courses, and emerging destinations for international education.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, ensuring high satisfaction rates, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Work closely with other counselors, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure that all counseling and application processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream; a background in education, counseling, or international relations is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in the study abroad consultancy or higher education sector. A deep understanding of study abroad destinations like the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of study abroad processes, including university admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, and post-arrival support.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and guiding students through the complexities of studying abroad.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and requirements simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
