Learn more www.Brillio.com.Location:BangalorePosition: Associate Manager - L&D (Technical)Role: The Associate Manager – Technical Learning & Development will lead the design, deployment, and governance of technical capability-building initiatives across Brillio’s engineering, cloud, data, and AI ecosystem. This role demands a strong mix of strategic program leadership and hands-on execution — managing learning events, facilitating sessions, and engaging directly with learners and business leaders.Ideal candidates bring both a technical foundation and deep L&D expertise to create impactful, experiential, and data-driven learning experiences on a scale.Key Responsibilities : Learning Strategy & Program Leadership Design and implement enterprise-wide technical learning strategies aligned to business priorities and talent transformation goals. Lead the lifecycle of programs — from needs analysis, curation, and launch to measurement and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Business Heads, and Enterprise Architects to align learning with key technology priorities (Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, Software Development, etc.). Champion adoption of AI-driven, hands-on, and instructor-led learning methods for greater engagement and skill depth. Learning Event Management & Delivery Plan, organize, and execute technical learning events such as bootcamps, workshops, hackathons, certification drives, and knowledge series. Partner with internal SMEs, external trainers, and vendors to deliver high-quality, engaging sessions. Facilitate or co-deliver technical learning sessions, townhalls, and onboarding programs when required. Manage logistics, communications, and participant experience across multiple geographies and time zones. Learning Systems & Operations Oversee governance of enterprise learning platforms (Skillsoft Percipio, Udemy Business, SharePoint, Power BI dashboards). Manage data accuracy, learner journeys, and platform integrations for smooth learning delivery. Drive awareness and adoption through targeted campaigns, communications, and enablement materials. Analytics & Insights Build and maintain dashboards to track program performance, skill uplift, and learning ROI. Generate insights on participation, engagement, and capability trends to influence leadership decisions. Present program analytics to senior stakeholders through periodic scorecards and reports. Team & Vendor Management Mentor a small team of coordinators and learning specialists to deliver technical programs effectively. Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and certification bodies to ensure content quality and operational excellence.Skills Required: Experience: 8–10 years in Learning & Development, Technical Capability Building, or Program Management in a technology-driven organization. Technical Background: Preferably from an engineering, computer science, or data/AI-related discipline. Tools & Platforms: Hands-on with LMS/LXP systems (Skillsoft, Udemy, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors), Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and analytics tools. Other Strong experience running learning events, workshops, and blended learning programs. Interest and ability to facilitate technical sessions, learner orientations, and interactive engagements. Strong data interpretation and reporting capabilities.
