We are seeking a proactive ML Engineer who quickly understands customer needs and guides them through technical processes. Your main responsibilities will include building, developing, and implementing AI solutions with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork. The key aspect of your role is to bring our recommendation algorithm to the next level


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models tailored to specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into web and mobile applications.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Scrum Team Participation: Contribute actively to Scrum Sprints.
  • Iterative Development: Engage in continuous improvement of ML models.
  • Recommendation Optimization: Track and analyze user interactions and content to optimize recommendations using data and predictive/forecasting modeling techniques.
  • Customer Interaction: Work directly with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Project Involvement: Be hands-on with various projects, ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with recommendation algorithms for social or e-commerce applications.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with Google Cloud environment.
  • Strong in analysis, creativity, problem-solving, time management, planning & organizing, proactivity, and teamwork.
  • Professional and fluent in English.
