With early funding established, Think41 is looking to assemble an all-star engineering team passionate about Gen AI tools and ecosystems.Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile Pre-sales & Product (P2) Analyst to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in driving both pre-sales activities and product management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and product management skills, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the pre-sales efforts by collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored AI solutions proposals via vibe coding.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that effectively showcase the technical capabilities and business benefits of our AI services.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.- Act as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, providing insights into AI technologies and their applications.- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documentation.Product Management Responsibilities :- Act as the product owner, driving the development and enhancement of our AI solutions.- Define product roadmap and prioritise features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.- Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive improvements.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering; MBA preferred.- Experience with cloud platforms, AI frameworks and Gen AI terminology, vibe coding- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
