1. React Native Focused Fullstack Developer
2. Backend Focused Fullstack Developer

What You’ll Do:

• Build, maintain, and scale features for our Maid Services app
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product direction
• Take ownership of key technical components
• Learn and grow in a startup environment

Who Should Apply:

• Passionate coders and problem-solvers with React Native, Node.js, or relevant backend experience
• Fresh graduates looking to break into startup tech roles
• Interns eager to gain hands-on development experience
• Candidates excited by the challenge of building a product from scratch

Skills Required:

• Frontend: React, React Native, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, WebSockets
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• State management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar)
• Zod for schema validation
• Good understanding of API integrations and backend architecture

Compensation:

• Survival salary of ₹10,000 per month initially
