Roles & Responsibilities

Proficient in planning & scheduling, monitoring & controlling the progress, identifying shortfalls, and preparing recovery plan, Extension of time & loss of productivity claims, resource planning, preparing progress reports, cash flow management and generating monthly invoice.

Experience in planning package preparation, planning & tracking project, MIS report including earned value setup and tracking, ‘S’ Curve generation, recovery schedule preparation, review meeting presentation, cash flow analysis & forecast, EPC coordination, client/subcontractor invoicing, EOT & delay claims.

Knowledge of Planning Sequence, Exposure in Detailed Planning (Industrial/Hydrocarbon Projects)

Exposure in conducting Interface Meetings, Project Critical Path Identification & Meeting with Stake Holders (Internal & External)

Define the scope of the project execution in collaboration with senior management objectives.

Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.

Determine the Sequence of Execution, PR/PO Sequence, Vendor Input Required for Designer/PMC etc.

WBS Wise Micro Plan based on Master Plan

Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities in line with Key inputs (Drawing, Material, Plant& Machineries, Manpower)

Align all cross functional activities in a proper sequence in order to achieve the project execution as per desired pace.

Review & anchor the project schedule meeting with senior management and all other staffs that will be affected by the project activities (Conveying & Identifying the Critical Path/Mitigation Plan); Update the schedule as required.

Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
