About LEAD Own School
We started our Own Schools with the mission to provide excellent education to every child. We currently operate four schools in Taluka areas of Maharashtra, each standing at the forefront of an educational revolution. Purpose of the Job
The School Manager acts as an in-house resource for every Managed School, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a delightful experience for parents and students. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about school operations, eager to innovate, and looking to build a strong career in the fast-growing EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary operations link between the school and the central team.
● Drive parent delight through effective communication, regular engagement, and timely grievance resolution.
● Manage and enhance the school’s social media presence; plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to boost visibility and admissions.
● Plan, implement, and monitor fee collection activities in coordination with school staff to ensure timely realization of dues.
● Support academic and administrative initiatives to improve school efficiency and overall experience.
● Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and operational standards as defined by the central team.
Must Have
● Graduate with 4–5 years of experience OR MBA with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with parents.
● Proven ability to plan and execute operational and marketing activities effectively.
Should Have
● Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
● A proactive, learning-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead.
Nice to Have
● Prior experience in school administration or marketing.
● Familiarity with school operations, parent communication systems, and local marketing activities.
