Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter located in Noida. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, planning, developing construction drawings, and drawing for various projects.
Qualifications
·      Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, for detailed 2D and 3D drafting
·      Space planning and layout design for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
·      Expertise in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical layout drafting
·      Creation of detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings
·      Knowledge of building codes, material specifications, and safety regulations
·      Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
·      Rendering and visualization for interior design presentations
·      Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving
·      Effective communication and collaboration with architects, designers, and contractors.
