Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director at eBest Mobile located in Bengaluru.

- This will be responsible for managing sales team activities, driving sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

- This role involves overseeing sales processes, analyzing market trends, developing sales plans, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications:

- 10+ Years of Experience in the FMCG/CPG industry or related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

- Strong background in SaaS or PaaS based product management.

- B2B enterprise software solution selling experience.

- Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, and digging into potential customers.

- Able to write the company deck to present to the customer and independently wrote solutions according to customers' needs.

- Familiar with the company's products and able to demonstrate to customers.

- Following up on the entire sales process, including decks, quotation and contract sign off.

- Having the ability to achieve the company's performance goals, maintaining and improving the company's market competitiveness.

- Strong understanding of the CPG industry and go-to-market strategies.

- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to travel as needed.
