Mortgage Loan Indexing Specialist (Night Shift)Location: Mira Road, Mumbai, IndiaWe are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Indexing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mumbai for night shift operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate loan data by indexing mortgage documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting our lending operations from our office location.Key Responsibilities- Review and index mortgage loan documents, including applications, titles, and collateral records, into our loan servicing system during night shift hours. - Verify data accuracy, categorize files using standardized indexing protocols, and flag discrepancies for resolution. - Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to retrieve missing documentation and update indexes in real-time. - Maintain indexing quality through regular audits and adherence to company and industry guidelines. - Generate reports on indexing metrics and assist in process improvements for efficiency.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in loan processing, document management, or mortgage operations preferred. - Proficiency in MS Excel, loan management software (e.g., Black Knight, Loan IQ), and basic database tools. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle high-volume workloads on night shifts. - Knowledge of Indian mortgage regulations and English/Hindi proficiency.What We Offer- Competitive starting salary of 5-7 LPA, based on experience. - Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, night shift allowances, and professional development opportunities. - Full-time office-based work in our modern Mumbai office with growth potential in fintech.To apply, send your resume and cover letter to Info@24x7Synergy.com with "Mortgage Loan Indexing - Night Shift Mumbai" in the subject line.
