Role Description:• Security Configuration: Manage Oracle HCM Cloud system configuration, security settings, applications, users, groups, and group memberships.• Access Management: Implement and maintain user access controls, ensuring appropriate permissions and roles are assigned• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and create scheduled jobs and processes in data exchange and BI reports• Incident Response: Identify and resolve security incidents, ensuring system reliability and performance• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into technical solutions• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for security configurations and processes• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and technologies, and continuously improve existing security systems and processesKey Technical Skills:• Oracle HCM Cloud: Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Recruiting Booster• Integration: Expertise in application interfaces and integration strategies using standard APIs and open interfaces, Redwood Experience:• Redwood Design: Familiarity with Oracle's Redwood design principles and experience in implementing Redwood user interfaces.• Visual Builder: Proficiency in using Oracle Visual Builder to customize and extend Redwood applications.• User Experience: Ability to enhance user experience by leveraging Redwood's modern and intuitive design elements.Desired Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple assignments while meeting deadlines• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
