Analysis/Calculation Capabilities Include:

  • Bolted/Welded Connections, Nodes, Joints & Local FEM Checks
  • Vessel/Bin/Hopper/Barge Deck Strength Checks
  • Detailed Buckling Checks on Shell/Plated Structures
  • Weight and Center of Gravity Calculations, Material Take Off


Knowledge in American, Euro, Norsk, Canadian & British Codes in Design of Industrial Steel Structures.

Software Skills: STAAD Pro, RISA 3D, AUTOCAD, Advanced Steel (AutoDesk) or Tekla.

Additional knowledge in ANSYS (FEA).



Academic and Trade qualification:

  • B.E./ B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical from Reputed college/university.
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in Design & Detailing of Industries Steel Structures (Oil & Gas, Power, Heavy Material Handling Industries).
  • Good Experienced in Performing Structural Analysis.
