Product Manager

- 7-8 years of product management experience with at least 4 years specifically focused on CRM or related B2B software- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling CRM products or features- Experience managing products with complex integrations, APIs, and enterprise- level requirements- Background working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsTechnical Skills:- Deep understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and integration patterns- Experience with popular CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, etc.)- Proficiency in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization methodologies- Knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and customer lifecycle stagesSoft Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making approach- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences- Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority- Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate business needs into product requirementsPreferred Qualifications:- MBA or relevant advanced degree- Experience with international markets and multi-language product considerations- Background in SaaS pricing models and monetization strategies- Familiarity with modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)- Previous experience at high-growth B2B software companies- Understanding of compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.) for enterprise software (ref:iimjobs.com)
