Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedPerformance Tester || Bangalorewith 5+ years of experience. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans usingApache JMeter . Write and maintaincustom scriptsfor performance testing scenarios. Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Perform testing and monitoring of applications running inKubernetesclusters. Execute performance testing acrosscloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics. Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices. Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with JMeterfor performance/load testing. Proficient inscripting(e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation. Working knowledge ofKubernetesand container orchestration. Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficient in usingmonitoring tools(e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics). Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues. Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good to Have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in DevOps environments. Exposure to other performance tools likeLoadRunner ,Gatling , orLocust . Familiarity with application performance management (APM) tools.Why Join CodeVyasa?
