Job title: Microsoft D365 Project ManagerLocation: Greater NoidaType: Full-timeExperience : 10-15 yearsImmediate joiners preferredWe at Coforge are hiring D365 CE CRM Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This includes managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.Required Qualifications:- Proven experience managing full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Project. - PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Preferred Experience:- 7–10 years of IT project management experience. - Experience with CRM implementations (preferably MS D365). - Background in computer science, business, or related field. - Experience working with clients across regions.Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning & Execution - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely delivery. - Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget. - Team & Stakeholder Management - Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships. - Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and regular project updates. - Oversee CRM system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations. - Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. - Coordinate environment and release management. - Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress. - Prepare project status reports and post-project evaluations. - Manage contracts and vendor deliverables.
