Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile Digital/Media Manager to oversee our online presence and enhance customer engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of digital marketing expertise and website optimization skills to elevate our brand's online presence and drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Update and enhance the website to improve interactivity and engagement, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Manage content creation and posting schedules across digital platforms, including social media channels and email newsletters.
  • Implement branding initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to refine strategies and optimize results.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing and web development to remain competitive in the industry.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in website management and optimization, with experience using content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms.
