In this role, you will ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met while keeping clients and internal teams aligned. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love turning complex initiatives into clear execution paths, and take pride in making projects run smoothly, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership:Plan, organize, and manage projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. Client Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction. Cross-Team Coordination:Facilitate collaboration across design, development, and QA teams; ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables. Process Management:Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve risks before they impact delivery. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes, and dashboards; share progress with internal stakeholders and clients. Quality Assurance:Ensure deliverables meet ShopTrade’s standards for performance, usability, and polish. Continuous Improvement:Work with leadership to refine project management processes, templates, and tools for scalability.QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 2-3 years of project management experience in a technology, SaaS, or eCommerce environment (experience with Shopify or related commerce platforms is a strong plus). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Hubstaff, or similar) and comfort learning new systems. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban). Strong client-facing experience, with confidence in leading meetings and presenting updates. Proactive problem solver, detail-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.ExpectationsProjects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope. Clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with clients across multiple timezones is managed thoughtfully, with schedules and communication adapted to ensure alignment and responsiveness. Internal teams have clarity on priorities, timelines, and responsibilities. Risks are anticipated and resolved before they escalate. Project processes become more efficient and scalable over time.Your TeamYou’ll work directly with our delivery leads, developers, and designers, while closely collaborating with leadership. You will play a central role in bridging clients and teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
