Description :Roles & Responsibilities :- Build and deploy migrations, upgrades, and customizations to support unique customer workflows.- Develop scalable full-stack features using Python/Java on backend and React + TypeScript on frontend.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.- Produce testable, production-ready features and ensure high quality through debugging and code reviews.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer needs into technical solutions.- Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL data models, schemas, and queries for performance.- Communicate updates and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.- Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements to systems and workflows.Desired Skills & Qualifications :- 2- 3 years of experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Strong proficiency in Python (or similar backend language) and React for frontend development.- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and query optimization.- Ability to write scalable, secure, and maintainable code.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach.- Self-driven team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
