The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to deliver compelling visuals across both digital and print media. This role demands creativity, precision, and a passion for turning ideas into powerful visual stories.Responsibilities- Conceptualize and design visual assets for social media campaigns, websites, advertisements, and digital marketing initiatives. - Develop engaging brand collaterals, including brochures, flyers, pamphlets, banners, posters, and presentations. - Work collaboratively with the content, marketing, and client servicing teams to create designs that align with brand strategy and objectives. - Translate briefs and creative concepts into visually stunning layouts and campaigns. - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. - Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging creative techniques relevant to the digital space. - Demonstrate strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail, typography, color balance, and layout composition. - Provide creative input and visual direction during brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions.Requirements- 1–2 years of professional design experience, preferably in a digital or creative agency. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media creatives, and print design work. - Excellent sense of visual composition, color theory, and brand aesthetics. - Ability to handle multiple design briefs under tight deadlines with creativity and precision. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
