Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations. Develop and manage WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) interfaces for data exchange. Perform SQL-based reporting, data extraction, and cleansing. Integrate Kronos with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and third-party applications. Strong understanding of pay rules, scheduling logic, accrual policies, and compliance workflows. Proficiency in SQL, WIM, Visual Studio, and integration tools.
