Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Consultant to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone looking to start or advance their career in HR within the dynamic and exciting travel industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the travel industry.
  • Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Help manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Provide support in conducting employee training sessions, workshops.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective HR support.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments to enhance HR services and employee satisfaction.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field; experience in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
