Job Description:

We are seeking a Head of Creative and Design who will be responsible for ideating, creating and designing collaterals for various target platforms. Your primary responsibilities will be to implement ideas, concepts, and run entire design scope to revolutionise and you will be responsible for leading the overall planning and execution of marketing collaterals for internal projects.

- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and bring them to completion stage

- Pitch meetings, Scrum Calls, Research and Ideation, Moodboards, Creating Art Style, Guides, Creative Reviews,

- Creative Direction to internal teams or vendors to meet

- Collaborate with Project and Product managers to document the clients' requirements

- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively

- Lead and inspire the advertising and playable Artists and ensure that they have the necessary resources to succeed in their work

- Own the delivery quality and efficiency

- Manage agencies and freelancers

- Analyze and understand the KPI's of the creatives produced, together with the team, and take actions to improve final results

- Working knowledge in Flash Animation, Sound Forge

- 3D Modeling, 3D Animation, Maya, 3DS Max, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Combustion, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects - is a must

- Have a good understanding of the mobile gaming market

- Competitor Analysis

- You will make sure to improve internal processes

- Work closely with the senior leadership team to grow the business

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Masters or a Bachelor in Design, or related fields

- Specialized in Design Concept, Art and Acting for Animation, Character Animation

- Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Excellent project management and communication skills

- Ability to think strategically, conceptually as well as analytically

- Ability to work with teams, both internal and external

- Sales-minded, with sound understanding of enterprise marketing principles

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- The desire to work in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial corporate environment

- Seeking an individual that is team-oriented, sound decision making abilities, collaborative, positive attitude, commercially aware, adaptable to changing priorities, change agent, continuous improvement mind set, ability to work under tight timeline

- Any other certifications in design are an added advantage

- Must be a pro in Adobe design suite and wire-framing tools

Knowledge & Abilities:

- 100% proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe - InDesign

- Familiarity with motion graphics and Adobe After Effects is an added advantage

- Should be extremely adept at digital sketching, sketching ideas and working on prototypes

- Knowledge of 3D softwares like Autodesk Maya and 3DSMax is a plus

- Should know wire-framing tools such as JustInMind or Invision

- Experience in UI and UX design

- Awareness on file management & naming convention

- Excellent written, verbal & technical skills

- Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills

- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work effectively under pressure

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Ability to think strategically and drive the business strategy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Strong problem management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Ability to interact well with people at all levels within and outside the organisation.
