Job Description :


The Technical Project Manager - SAP is responsible for managing SAP projects, including consulting, global rollouts, upgrades, integrations, and modernizations.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP technologies, including S/4 HANA, and operational and implementation modules.

The manager will lead teams, provide strategic insights, and act as a trusted advisor to clients to drive successful SAP transformations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee SAP technologies consulting, global rollouts, upgrades, application modernization, integrations, and managed services.

- Lead the implementation of new IT systems, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and full recovery.

- Provide expertise in functional modules like SAP MM, SD, PP, FICO, and SAP S/4HANA.

- Develop and deliver thought leadership on S/4 HANA migration solutions and process automations.

- Act as a trusted advisor for client leadership, influencing key transformation decisions.

- Identify and create new solution sets based on industry demands and competitive analysis.

- Manage onsite and offshore delivery models effectively.

- Mentor team members and promote skill specializations and certifications.

- Ensure SAP S/4 HANA upgrades and migrations are successfully executed to meet client needs.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Educational Requirement : Graduate degree in a relevant field.

- Experience : 10-18 years in SAP technologies consulting and project management.

- Expertise in functional SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FICO) and SAP S/4 HANA Cloud.

- Proven experience with global rollouts, application modernization, and middleware integrations.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and drive team performance.

- Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.

- Strategic thinking with a focus on process automation and solution development.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence client decisions at the leadership level
