Senior Product Trainer

Short Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical and functional training programs for Icertis Contract Intelligence. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software, technical aptitude, and a passion for enabling users to effectively adopt and utilize the CLM platform.Responsibilities Develop in-depth product knowledge by collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services teams. Deliver product and technical training to internal teams, partners, and customers(onsite or virtual, in India and internationally). Createengaging training content for instructor-led training sessionsaligned with product updates and release cycles. Continuously update content to reflect product enhancements and evolving business needs. Work on developing and maintainingcertification exams ,lab exercises , andstructured learning pathsaligned with product training objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and drive product enablement excellence. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise product training design, development, and delivery for technical or business users. Strong understanding of SQL, SSO, Active Directory, and Windows client/server environments. Experience working with SaaS-based enterprise applications or cloud deployment models. Ability to quickly learn complex software products and translate them into clear, engaging learning experiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proven experience delivering both instructor-led and virtual training sessions effectively. Experience or knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or related enterprise domains is an advantage.
