Role Description — Co-Founder (On-Site, Bengaluru) We are seeking a visionary and committed Co-Founder to join the leadership team. This role requires passion, ownership, and the drive to build something meaningful and globally impactful. You will: Shape business & product strategy Lead execution and drive scalable growth Identify market and partnership opportunities Lead sales, marketing, and GTM initiatives Work closely on product innovation and roadmap Build investor and ecosystem relationships Help define company culture and long-term vision Note: This role requires investment contribution + active involvement in building the company.Qualifications & Who We're Looking ForStrong analytical and research mindset Excellent communication & leadership skills Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or tech leadership Entrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, execution-focused, purpose-driven Prior startup/tech experience is a strong plus ✅ Degree does not matter — skills, mindset, and passion are what count. (Preference for Business/Tech backgrounds is optional, not mandatory.)
