Responsibilities

Core responsibilities

  • Craft and A/B test prompts for product or training use-cases.
  • Build prompt libraries and prompt-engineering patterns/best practices.
  • Evaluate outputs quantitatively (metrics) and qualitatively.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts into training/CI pipelines.
Qualifications

Skills & experience

  • Must: strong written communication, experimental mindset, familiarity with LLMs.
  • Must: Python skills (to automate tests), experience with model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Nice-to-have: background in UX/writing for voice or conversation.
