Notice Period: Immediate – 45 Days
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Firmware Development (C/C++ at low-level, embedded/BIOS/UEFI preferred).
- Good understanding of DDR4, DDR5, and NVDIMM memory technologies.
- Solid knowledge of different DIMM types (UDIMM, SODIMM, RDIMM, LRDIMM, LPDDR).
- Experience with UMC features such as ECC, SME, SEV, RAS.
- Hands-on with platform bring-up, memory initialization, and training.
- Strong debugging skills with tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers.
- Prior exposure to server/enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize memory firmware modules for DDR4/DDR5/NVDIMM.
- Enable and validate various DIMM types across enterprise/server platforms.
- Implement and enhance memory controller features (ECC, RAS, SME, SEV).
- Perform low-level bring-up, debug, and optimization on new hardware platforms.
- Collaborate with hardware, BIOS, and validation teams to ensure robust memory subsystem functionality.
