Location: Bengaluru Experience: 5–7 years We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-performing, scalable systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance testing tools, application performance monitoring, and CI/CD environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance tests for applications and systems. Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide performance improvement recommendations. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure optimal application performance. Utilize performance monitoring and logging tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues. Required Skills and Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance testing . Strong experience with one or more load testing tools (e.g., JMeter , K6). Working experience with Git for version control. Proficiency in using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-focused mindset. Experience with log analysis using Kibana or Elasticsearch . Basic understanding of AWS services and architecture. Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) concepts and deployments. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins , GitLab CI/CD ).
