Job Title: SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Specialist Location:Pune, India ‍ Experience Level:Mid–SeniorAbout the Role We are looking for an experiencedSAP Integration Support Specialistwith strong knowledge ofSAP CPI, SAP Employee Central, and SAP HR modules . The ideal candidate will support, troubleshoot, and optimize employee data replication between Employee Central (EC) and SAP ERP systems. This role acts as abridge between technical teams and business stakeholders , ensuring smooth and accurate HR data flow across systems.Key Responsibilities Support all integrations usingSAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)and standardMaster Data Replication . Analyze and understand integration interfaces, business rules, and data flow. ReviewEmployee Central (EC)employee profiles to identify and resolve data-related issues. Coordinate with application owners and technical teams regarding data received viaAPI, CSV, SFTP, and IDOC . Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot EC → SAP ERP data replication. Debug SAPABAPprograms and investigate issues using relevant SAP HR transactions. Resolve replication errors related toinfotypes, mapping, transformation logic, and data validation . Maintain and update mapping tables and transformation logic based on system or business changes. Ensure strong documentation of integration processes, troubleshooting steps, and error-handling flows. Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant data transfer.Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience withSAP Employee CentralandSAP HR (HCM) modules . Solid technical knowledge ofSAP CPI ,IDOC ,API ,SFTP , andCSV -based integrations. Experience inSAP BADI implementationfor HR and integration processes. Proficiency inSAP ABAP debuggingand HR-related transactions. Strong understanding of business rules, integration mapping, and replication logic. Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex integration and data errors. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience supportingEC to SAP ERPreplication ismandatory . Strong documentation and analytical skills. Proficiency in English.Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inIT / Computer Science / Engineeringor related field.Behavioral Competencies Strong problem-solving ability High attention to detail Ownership and initiative Confidentiality in handling HR data Team collaboration and communication
