This role requires a blend of client strategy, marketplace intelligence, creative direction, data-driven optimization, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly skilled inCanva, Excel, Helium 10, and advanced strategy deck creation , with the ability to drive both creative excellence and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Client Consulting Serve as the strategic lead for ecommerce-first brands, driving clarity, structure, and vision in all client conversations. Build advanced strategy decks featuring: Creative frameworks Competitive landscape analysis Keyword-led content strategy Optimization roadmaps Platform-specific conversion insights Advise clients on marketplace best practices, algorithm influences, and new creative formats. Partner with brand managers, category teams, and agency leads to shape quarterly creative roadmaps. 2. Advanced Account & Project Ownership Own complete ecosystem delivery: PDPs, A+ modules, videos, GIFs, brand stores, ads, shoots, and seasonal refreshes. Create robust Excel-based systems: workflow trackers, BRAG docs, SLA sheets, utilization planning, performance logs. Lead scoping, planning, and alignment across creative, copy, motion, production, and QA teams. Manage multi-brand portfolios and high-volume pipelines with precision. 3. Creative Direction & Quality Leadership Translate briefs into structured creative guidance with mood boards, references, messaging guides, and content structures. Drive quality across visual storytelling, brand consistency, information architecture, and platform compliance. Review and refine creative output for strong marketplace impact. 4. Data-Driven Performance & Marketplace Intelligence UseHelium 10 , brand analytics, search term reports, and keyword tools to: Identify opportunities Optimize PDP/A+ layouts Improve discoverability Strengthen SEO-led copy writing Connect creative output to measurable KPIs: CTR, CVR, add-to-cart rate, ranking, and share of shelf. Collaborate with performance/media teams to interpret creative-to-sales impact. 5. Team Leadership & Process Innovation Mentor junior account managers, improve briefing standards, and uplift client communication skills. Build SOPs, templates, and internal processes to improve creative efficiency. Lead process improvements across briefing, review workflows, and client alignment cycles.Required Skills & Expertise 4–7+ years in ecommerce creative, brand management, or digital agency leadership roles. Strong expertise in: Canva– deck design, mockups, content visualization. Excel/Google Sheets– advanced formulas, dashboards, structured trackers. Helium 10– keyword research, listing audits, competitor content analysis. Strategy Decks– content architecture, storytelling, structured frameworks. Deep understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and D2C ecosystems. Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management. Exceptional multitasking and high attention to detail.Good to Have Experience with beauty, fashion, FMCG, electronics, or lifestyle brands. Knowledge of SEO-driven copywriting and keyword-led content planning. Understanding of ecommerce photography guidelines, shoot planning, and asset management.
