The desired candidate should have 8+ years of experience in EDI support roles, with a strong focus on the retail domain Hands-on experience with EDI translation tools, including Gentran, BizTalk /Sterling Integrator/ OpenText / any other EDI mapping tools Should be proficient in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and related protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP) Should have experience working with SAP applications and modules related to EDI integration and support Ability to configure and maintain communication protocols such as AS2, FTP, and SFTP for secure data transmission Should implement and monitor EDI systems including data mapping, translation, and interface Ability to identify potential problems and have a proactive approach to solving them from multiple perspectives Ability to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results while managing multiple tasks and external clients Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
