ICC is growing our team We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator with cabinet estimating experience to help elevate our quoting process. Our ideal candidate is resourceful, inquisitive, and highly adaptable, ready to contribute their expertise to our dynamic and growing company.

ICC specializes in providing competitive commercial Granite & Quartz Countertop pricing for the supply and install of multi-family projects throughout the United States. ICC operates with a small team currently, so this is a chance to get in with a promising company who is sure to continue to grow exponentially over the next couple of years. Job Description:

  • Review and Confirm Project Information, Plans and Specifications 
  • Prepare Quantity Takeoffs, Estimates and Bid Proposals
  • Communicate with Material (and other) Vendors to gather pricing 
  • Collaborate with the sales Team to ensure all estimates align with client specifications.
  • Monitor Tasks, Reminders and Follow-Ups as Needed
  • Create Schedule of Values and Project Budgets (Internal Use)
  • Participate in Client Scope Reviews/Bid Reviews
  • Create Countertop & Cabinet CAD Drawings 


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Reliable Computer and Internet (75Mbps or higher- preferred)
  • Detailed knowledge of US Construction Basics (Cabinetry/Countertops)
  • Experience/Schooling in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design- preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Google Products (Google Drive, Sheets, Pages)
  • Knowledge of Hubspot- preferred
  • Experience working with estimating systems such as StackCT, BlueBeam, Active Takeoff, etc
  • Be able to develop Client/Vendor Relationships
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Sketchup is must, 2020 software is a Plus
  • Imperative Attention to detail
  • Experience with estimating cabinets and countertops- preferred
  • Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be adaptable and a quick learner
  • Strong multitasking and self-motivation abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Competency with Basic Math Skills and spreadsheet formulas

 

Job Type:

  • Full-Time, Remote Position
  • Typical Work Hours: 6am - 3pm EST
  • Evening/Weekend Availability, if necessary
