Global’s fulfillment, logistics, and operational strategies. This is a managerial role that will involve direct ownership of key operational KPIs, as well as cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business priorities. As a Assistant Manager/ Manager - Operations, you will lead initiatives to improve our global shipping processes, reduce costs, and ensure world-class experiences for our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful changes in a high-growth, fast-paced e-commerce environment.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement strategies to optimize global shipping costs and delivery timelines while maintaining high service standards. Own and improve performance KPIs — including delivery SLAs, cost per shipment, success rates, and customer satisfaction metrics. Coordinate with couriers, customs brokers, and vendor partners to monitor performance, resolve fulfillment issues, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with international import/export regulations and shipping requirements across markets. Evaluate, onboard, and manage logistics partners to strengthen global coverage, improve unit economics, and enhance service quality. Lead and develop a team overseeing day-to-day global logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate tracking, and efficient exception handling. Identify and deploy process and technology improvements to enhance delivery experience, visibility, and operational efficiency. Conduct root-cause analyses for recurring issues, implement corrective actions, and institutionalize best practices across the network.Requirements: ● 4+ years in B2B & B2C international logistics, last-mile operations, or similar roles. ● Expertise in international shipping flows, import/export processes, and courier handling. ● Knowledge of logistics automation tools, shipping APIs, and international shipping compliance. ● Prior experience with international courier companies is preferred. ● Strong numerical and analytical skills to work with performance data and drive decisions. ● Experience leading and mentoring operations teams.Why Join Us?Strategic Impact:As a Manager - Operations, youll have direct ownership of critical operational KPIs and the opportunity to shape the future of Handelnine Globals fulfillment and logistics strategies.
