Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfilment: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all orders.
  • Digital Marketing Implementation and Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on eCommerce and quick commerce platforms  optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Vendor Coordination: Engage with category managers and vendors on a monthly basis to ensure PO alignment, optimize performance and increase sales.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
  • Label and Packaging Management: Ensure all product labels and packaging materials are prepared and available as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably within the FMCG or dairy products industry.


Skills:

  • Proficient in using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and EasyEcom.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in digital marketing and advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook, Google, Amazon and Zepto.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Order Fulfilment Rate: Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem resolution.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Advertising ROI: Optimize ad spend to maximize return on investment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
