KONVERTO is committed to enhancing modern living spaces with functional and aesthetic designs.The position open is for the Modular manufacturing unit, and the candidate roll will be of a Pre-production Engineer.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Design Engineer will be responsible for validating the drawings from Interior Designers and preparing the production outputs using CAD/CAM software. The role also includes coordinating with Clients and their Interior designers for a better understanding of the scope of the work, and pushing the right output to the factory.Qualifications- Proficiency in Cutlist making, and basic Autocad and Sketchup. - Understanding the production drawings from the Interior Designers. - Strong technical skills in Modular Interior manufacturing and validating production drawings for interiors - Experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related software - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines - Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking - Familiarity with furniture design or manufacturing is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldCandidate Profile- We are hiring both Freshers and Experienced in the Same Domain (Interior & Furniture Industry) - Preferred candidates should have an extensive interest in choosing a career in Pre-production engineering and interior design. - Candidates having more than 3 years of experience in the Sheet metal or Automobile field need not apply, unless they have decided to change their career path. - All fresher candidates and different domain of experience candidates will be treated as trainees for a period of 1 month. - The work location will be Bommasandra Bangalore.
