Key Responsibilities include:

- Proactively resolving issues, conflicts, and risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Controlling project costs and ensuring expenditures stay within budget.
- Maintaining accurate documentation including site diaries, progress reports, change orders, and quality records.
