Managing the responsibility of designing/modifying the existing Underwriting guidelines of Life InsuranceCoach and monitor Team leads in day-to-day operations.Analyze reports for team performance on processes.Escalate issues in a timely manner across functions and suggest alternative approachEnhancement of underwriting knowledge through reference manuals, trainings, exams and other available means.
