As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be helping customers plan their dream vacations by understanding their needs, creating personalized itineraries, and guiding them through the booking process.Key Responsibilities- Understand customer requirements and present customized travel packages. - Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations and experiences. - Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets. - Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM (training will be provided). - Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and organizational ability. - Basic computer skills; knowledge of Zoho or other CRMs is a plus. - Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus. - A genuine passion for travel and helping others explore new destinations.Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: Between ₹15K to ₹18K per month - Quarterly Commissions: Earn more when you exceed sales targets. - Performance Bonuses: Win prizes through regular sales competitions. - Training & Growth: Learn from experienced travel professionals and grow your career in the industry.
