This role combinesstrategic vision, architectural excellence, and hands-on technical depthto design, build, and scale AI systems that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute theAI, GenAI, and AI Architecture strategy , aligning advanced technologies with organizational goals. Architect and leadAI/ML ecosystems— spanning data pipelines, model development, orchestration, deployment, and governance. Design robust, scalableAI architecturesintegratingLLMs, GenAI workflows, and RAG pipelineswithin enterprise environments. Lead innovation usingLarge Language Models (LLMs)such asLlama, Mistral, and GPT , and buildagentic AI systemsleveraging frameworks likeAutogen ,LangGraph , andCrewAI . Build and optimizeGenerative AI workflows , includingprompt engineering ,LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning , andRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) . OverseeAI platform engineeringandcloud-based infrastructure(AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to deliverAI-driven architectures and solutionsthat accelerate digital transformation. Represent the organization inAI thought leadership , driving innovation discussions at industry events and forums. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience inAI, Machine Learning, Data Science , orAI Architecture , including senior leadership roles. Proven success in architecting and deployingenterprise-scale AI systemsandGenAI platforms . Deep expertise inLLMs, RAG architectures, AI orchestration frameworks , andmulti-cloud AI infrastructure . Strong command ofPython, PyTorch, TensorFlow , and modern AI/ML frameworks. Track record of building and leadinghigh-performing AI and architecture teamsdelivering measurable business outcomes. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhDinComputer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering , or a related field. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving capabilities. Ideal Candidate: A visionary and execution-focusedAI architect and leaderwho combines innovation, strategy, and hands-on expertise to transform complex AI technologies into scalable, high-impact business solutions.
