Description:Oro is a platform designed to unlock the potential of users' gold instantly, connecting financial institutions with users to provide higher access and the right information at the lowest cost.With an aim to eliminate the unfairness in most financial systems, Oro helps people realize their dreams through Gold-Loans.Headquartered in Chennai, Oro operates in multiple locations including Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Vijayawada.Role Description:- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Business Manager located in Bengaluru.- The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business operations within the assigned territory.- Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, acquiring new clients, conducting market research, and ensuring targets and KPIs are met.- The role also involves working closely with field teams to develop strategies and expand market presence.Sales Growth & Revenue Management:- Drive loan disbursement targets across the assigned territory.- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet sales KPIs.Territory Expansion & Market Penetration:- Identify potential locations for new branches or service points.- Develop partnerships with local influencers, dealers, and community leaders to boost visibility.- Increase territory coverage by onboarding new customers and expanding outreach programs.Team Leadership & Development:- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high productivity and compliance.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team efficiency.- Foster a culture of accountability and customer-centricity across territory.Compliance & Risk Management:- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal audit standards.- Monitor gold purity checks, loan documentation, and valuation protocols.- Implement fraud prevention measures and ensure secure handling of pledged assets.Customer Relationship Management:- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by resolving grievances promptly.- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and local communities.- Promote loyalty programs and referral incentives to retain and grow the customer base.Reporting & Analytics:- Provide regular MIS reports on sales, collections, and operational metrics.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.- Forecast demand and resource allocation for optimal Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPIs.- 4-6 years of work experience.
