Choose a career with us and let’s pursue innovation, together.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Appian BPM development and integration, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Appian applications, interfaces, and integrations. - Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements. - Configure Appian components including SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and sites. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Integrate Appian applications with external systems using web services (REST/SOAP). - Support testing, debugging, and deployment activities. - Prepare technical documentation and provide production support as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 3 + years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development. - Proficiency in Appian 21.x or higher versions. - Experience with Appian objects (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, and Web APIs). - Good understanding of relational databases and SQL. - Experience in integrating Appian with other systems using APIs. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification (preferred).Good to Have:- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment models. - Exposure to Java, JavaScript, or other backend technologies.If you find this this opportunity interesting, kindly share your updated profile on Jayalakshmi.s@synechron.comWith below details (Mandatory)Total ExperienceExperience in Appian BPMExperience in Any other BPM ? -Experience in People Management: -Count of Projects Handled :Availability for F2F in Pune or Chennai office on 1 Nov 25Current CTCExpected CTCNotice periodCurrent LocationReady to relocate to Pune/Chennai/HyderabadIf you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
