We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in Java technologies to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing robust and scalable applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Servlets/JSP, JSTL, Hibernate, and Thymeleaf.

The candidate should be proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and have a strong understanding of HTTP, middleware, and web security practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Servlets/JSP, JSTL, Hibernate, and Thymeleaf.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring adherence to best practices for API design and web security.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Utilize JSON/YAML and Swagger for API documentation and ensure seamless API consumption by clients.

- Implement version control using Bitbucket and GIT to manage codebase and track project changes.

- Work with RDBMS, including DB2, Oracle, and Postgres, to design and optimize database schemas and queries.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and regression testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Cypress/JEST to ensure software quality.

- Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.

- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways, ensuring smooth data exchange and secure transactions.

Qualifications :

- Over 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

- Proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot, Servlets/JSP, JSTL, Hibernate, and Thymeleaf.

- Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and understanding web security practices.

- Solid knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

- Familiarity with JSON/YAML and Swagger for API documentation.

- Experience with version control systems like Bitbucket and GIT.

- Strong expertise in RDBMS, including DB2, Oracle, and Postgres.

- Proficient in unit testing, SIT, and regression testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Cypress/JEST.

- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Familiarity with payment gateways and third-party API integrations.
