The company is headquartered in Singapore, with offices in India and the UAE.Position : Software Engineering Lead - Full Stack ( Java/ ReactJS/ Spring Boot/ Python Microservices ). This is a full-time position reporting to the CTO.Education : B. Tech Experience : 8-12 years. Should be hands-on and ready for coding.Location : Gurgaon ( 50% mix of Work From Home and Work From Office )Compensation : Competitive as per market and commensurate with candidate caliber and experienceRole Responsibilities and Desired Profile : Role Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Software Engineering Lead to join their team and drive the continuous enhancement of their unique product - a patented cloud-based platform that provides Early Warning and Predictive Analytic capabilities to financial institutions. The ideal candidate will seamlessly play a dual role of individual contributor ( as acoder ) as well as team mentor and manager, balancing delivery, people growth, and technical depth.
