Zonal Risk Manager Managing field audit & risk management for Microfinance branches and Financial Inclusion points.

- Handling 3 to 4 states.

- Managing team size of 20 to 30 people.

- Prepare on-ground planning.

- Identification of risks and highlight.

- Propose required changes in policy matter.

- Build Risk awareness.

- Periodical physical visit needs to be conducted.

- Drive special audit wherever required.

- Guide team with sampling and auditing technique.

- Periodical skill development training for the team.

- Update senior management about the overall working environment.

- Ensure uniformity and accuracy in maintenance of records.

- Finding rectifiable areas in current internal control system.

- Implement best audit and business practice.

Key skills required:

- Team handling capacity.

- Independent thinking capability.

- Good inter-personal skill.

- Questioning mind set.

- Prior work experience in NBFC/ MFI/ other BFSI sector.

- Proactive, independent decision maker, good team player.

Qualifications:

- CA// MBA.

- Minimum relevant experienced required.
