Company DescriptionLotFair helps organizations to improve their performance by streamlining processes and implementing systems for Financial Consolidation, Reporting, Integrated Business Planning, Forecasting, and Data Analytics.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with expertise in SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and strong analytical skills to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will manage SQL databases, develop efficient ETL processes, build Power BI reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity across systems.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. - Develop, test, and deploy SSIS packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. - Create and manage SSRS reports for operational and analytical needs. - Design and maintain SSAS cubes for multidimensional analysis and data modeling. - Build and publish Power BI dashboards and visual reports aligned with business KPIs. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. - Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting platforms. - Prepare documentation for database architecture, ETL workflows, and reporting logic. - Provide support and troubleshooting for SQL-related issues and Power BI reports. - Utilize Excel for data manipulation, validation, and ad-hoc analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience as an SQL Developer, BI Developer, or Data Analyst. - Proficiency in SQL Server, and database management. - Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS. - Experience with Power BI development, DAX, and data modelling. - Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Azure SQL Database, Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics. - Knowledge of Python for data processing (optional). - Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies. - Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Database Developer certification is a plus.Key Attributes:- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. - Proactive problem solver with a focus on data accuracy and performance. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
