Job Title: Junior AI/ML Engineer📍 Location: Onsite – MumbaiAbout the Role:We’re looking for a passionate Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing data science team. This role is perfect for someone eager to apply their knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and Python to solve real-world business challenges and grow hands-on with cutting-edge technologies like Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).Key Responsibilities:Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models to support analytical and automation use cases.Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects including text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.Assist in designing and optimizing deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).Contribute to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement and integrate models into production.Stay current with emerging trends in AI, ML, and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and contribute ideas for experimentation.Required Skills & Experience:Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).Familiarity with Deep Learning and NLP concepts.Understanding of LLM-based architectures and prompt engineering is a strong plus.Good analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into business outcomes.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on real-world AI and ML projects in a collaborative environment.Exposure to LLM and generative AI initiatives.Onsite role in our Mumbai office, fostering direct mentorship and teamwork.
