The Management Trainee will be responsible for daily trading operations, assisting in financial analysis, understanding market trends, and supporting the development of trading strategies. The trainee will also be actively involved in market research, compliance with NISM regulations, and interacting with clients to provide them with the best trading solutions.QualificationsLearn and assist in day-to-day trading operations, order execution, and back-office processes.Knowledge of Trading, Financial Analysis, and Market TrendsUnderstanding and Compliance with NISM RegulationsProficiency in Market Research and Strategy DevelopmentStrong Communication and Client Interaction SkillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fieldFamiliarity with trading platforms and financial software is a plus
